A Boy Named Goo è il quinto album in studio dei Goo Goo Dolls, originariamente pubblicato il 14 marzo 1995. Spinto dal grande successo “Name”, l’album ha catapultato la band verso il successo mainstream, ed è stato certificato doppio disco di platino entro un anno dall’uscita. L’album includeva anche i singoli “Flat Top”, “Naked”, “Only One” e “Long Way Down”.Marzo 2025 è il trentesimo anniversario di questo album classico e per celebrare questo traguardo, la band pubblicherà un’edizione deluxe dell’album. Il formato deluxe 2 LP da 24 tracce includerà l’album originale, più un concerto dal vivo inedito registrato a Las Vegas il 10 marzo 1996.
