Registrati nel corso di due notti nel 1974, pochi mesi dopo l’uscita di Phases and Stages, questi primi concerti della neonata Willie Nelson Family Band dovevano catturare il suono e l’atmosfera della fiorente scena Outlaw Country di Austin, TX. Prodotto da Jerry Wexler, l’album fu scartato all’epoca e fu pubblicato su CD solo nel 1992 e in questa forma completa nel 2006 su The Complete Atlantic Sessions. Il set cattura una stella nascente di dodici anni, la cui fama e fortuna erano in agguato dietro l’angolo. Questa uscita per il Record Store Day segna la sua prima volta su vinile.
